One time offer for new clients. Sign up at any time – your 14 days begins on the day of your first CLASS, not the day you sign up, to ensure no days are wasted in your trial.

 

Receive 10% off your first month when you sign up for a membership before your 14 day trial expires (you will not be charged for the membership until after your 14 days are complete.)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on www.fluxfitct.com (our ‘site’) regulate your access to and use of our services, including services and content offered on ‘our site’, mobile app, or FluxFit services via the MINDBODY site or mobile app. Please read these Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Policy carefully before you agree to use our services. By using our services and content, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and Conditions and our privacy policy (collectively, “The Agreement”).

Introductory Offer

If you are a first-time visitor to FluxFit, you are eligible to purchase 14 days for $14. The 14 days of consecutive unlimited classes will start the day of your first scheduled class upon purchasing the offer. You must register for classes in advance, and is subject to availability and the participant arriving to the studio no later than 30 minutes in advance to the start of class to review class design and sign a mandatory “Waiver and Release of Liability” and “Intake Form.” Offer does not apply to Personal Training or Open Gym.

A single drop in class is valued at $26.

Membership Rates

The membership price that is indicated to you at the time of you purchasing a membership, is the monthly price that you are promised for your lifetime as a member with FluxFit. Should you terminate your membership with us and wish to re-join at a later date, you are subject to the current prices that FluxFit is offering on your re-join date.

Our Motivate Membership provides you with 4 classes per month and is automatically reoccurring each month on your billing date. This Membership encompasses all our classes including Kids Movement classes. Attending ‘Open Gym’ under this membership option has an additional $6 fee per ‘Open Gym’ visit.

Our Inspire Membership provides you with 8 classes per month and is automatically reoccurring each month on your billing date. This Membership encompasses all our classes including Kids Movement classes. Attending ‘Open Gym’ under this membership option has an additional $6 fee per ‘Open Gym’ visit.

Our Empower Membership provides you with unlimited classes per month and is automatically reoccurring each month on your billing date. This Membership encompasses all our classes including Kids Movement classes. Attending ‘Open Gym’ under this membership has no additional fee.

By purchasing any of the above Monthly Memberships, introductory offer or single drop-in classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking Classes

You may book your class by visiting www.fluxfitct.com (our ‘site’) or through the MINDBODY app or website, or by speaking with a staff member in studio or via phone or via email at info@fluxfitct.com. Booking is required for all classes that you wish to take part in. Booking can be reserved up to 30 days in advance of the date you are seeking. You may also place yourself on the waitlists. Please keep in mind, our waitlists move and once you are removed from the waitlist and booked into class, you are held responsible for attending and/or additional cancellation fees if applicable.

The class schedule including days and times of class offerings are subject to change.

Babysitting Room Regulations
(SERVICES CURRENTLY SUSPENDED)

The Terms and Conditions outlined in this document do not include policies regarding our Babysitting Room Services offering. Upon utilizing Babysitting Services for the first time, you will be required to review and sign the “FluxFit Babysitting Policies and Release Waiver.” Engagement Risks and Assumed Responsibility

At the time of creating a FluxFit account and/or signing up for your first class, you should have been prompted to review and sign our “Waiver and Release of Liability” form, which is required to be completed before engaging in your first FluxFit class. If you have not yet signed our “Waiver and Release of Liability,” please contact our front desk immediately.

Class Cancellation

Motivate and Inspire Membership Holders:

You must cancel class no later than 4 hours prior to the class’ start time. If you are enrolled in class and do not attend, that class will be considered used and deducted from your number of available classes for the given month. We understand emergencies happen. Contact us and we will determine if an exception to this can be made and a refund can be granted for the given class.

Introductory Offer Holders and Empower Membership Holders:

You must cancel class no later than 4 hours prior to the class’ start time. If you are enrolled in class and do not attend, you will be charged a $14 cancellation fee with no refunds. We understand emergencies happen. Contact us and we will determine if an exception can be made and a refund can be granted for the given class.

Late Policy

For the safety of all clients, coaches, and staff, under no exceptions will clients be permitted into class more than 2 minutes after the Coach has started the class. If you show up to class later than the 2-minute allowed time slot, you will kindly be asked to rebook your class and late cancellations and/or fees will apply. We thank you in advance for abiding to this policy for the safety of all personnel in our studio.

Membership Holds

You may put your membership on hold for no more than 3 months in a given year to remain locked into this founding rate. The 3 months do not need to be consecutive. You must notify a staff member and fill out a membership hold form in studio 30 days prior to your billing date of the month you are indicating to pause services for. Any memberships that wish to be placed on hold for more than 3 months, will be considered a termination to which you will need to fill out a membership termination form in studio 30 days prior to your billing date of the month you are indicating to cancel services for. You will be able to re-join at any later date.

Membership Cancellations

All membership packages including Motivate, Inspire, and Empower memberships require a two month minimum commitment. We would hate to see you go, but should you wish to cancel your membership, you must notify a staff member and fill out a cancellation form in studio 30 days prior to your billing date. If a 30 day notice is not granted, you will be charged on your next billing date for a cancellation in the following month.

Personal Training

1:1 Personal Training single session and multi-session packs must be paid for in full prior to booking your sessions. Personal Training classes must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session in order to avoid losing that session. Cancelling less than 12 hours in advance or no showing to your scheduled session will result in a loss of that paid session.

For all Private Group Personal Training Sessions of 3-5 clients, sessions must be booked together at once. If one client no shows, the client will lose that session and cannot be rescheduled for a private 1:1 session. Private Group Personal Training must also abide to the 12-hour late cancel policy for all clients involved in that session.
