Your health and safety has and will always be our number 1 priority. Staying active and on top of a consistent workout regimen will help boost your immune system – but please, do stay home if you are not feeling well.
Returning Clients: Please arrive no less than 5 minutes prior to the start of class as we need to follow the below procedures.
New Clients: Please arrive no less than 30 minute prior to the start of class to fill out required paperwork, get an intro to our coach and class format, and to follow the below procedures. If you arrive less than 20 minutes prior to the start of class, our staff will ask that we kindly reschedule to a new class.
-Temperature checks will be taken at the door as our staff completes a contactless check in for you (anyone with a fever above 99.5 will be kindly asked to leave and will assume no late cancel charges).
-We ask that you please wear a mask as you enter the building, where you may be in close proximity to others.
-You will be directed to wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds prior to entering the studio workout space (you may remove your mask before going in).
-You will be handed a baggie of disinfecting wipes to carry around with you as you rotate stations throughout class. Our coaches will be enforcing that you wipe down your equipment before and after each use.
-Hand sanitizer will be available to you both in the lobby, as well as inside the studio for you to use as you wish throughout class.
-Equipment is spaced 12FT apart, and class occupancy is limited to no more than 8 members
-The use of our water fountain is solely to fill up personal water bottles. You may not drink directly from the water fountain. Water and Gatorade is available for purchase at the front desk.
-If you wish to shower at the studio post workout, you must bring your own towel AND flip-flops/shower shoes to use. You must also notify a staff member prior to you entering the shower, so we can ensure there is a full cleaning done in the bathroom prior to the next client using it.
-For the safety of you, our staff, and all clients in the building, we will be enforcing a strict NO LATE ENTRY into class once the coach has started the class. Late cancel fees will apply.
-Our professional cleaning service has been increased to multiple times per week.
-Our staff will be cleaning all equipment and surfaces in the studio in between every class each day with the highest quality, hospital grade products.
-Our staff will be cleaning all lobby and bathroom surfaces (including all handles in and out of the building) in between every class with the highest quality, hospital grade products.
-All floors in our studio will be vacuumed and mopped with the highest quality, hospital grade products every day.
